How long has your organization been using INSZoom?
We have been using INSZoom for almost two years.
What was the reason you chose INSZoom?
We used to use Tracker and they were no longer going to support the version that we were using so we needed to find something new. We had heard many great things about INSZoom so we decided to make the change.
How was your transition from the previous case management software to INSZoom?
It was great and almost seamless. Arun Rajagopalan was extremely helpful when it came to helping me understand how INSZoom would migrate the data from Tracker. There was virtually no “clean-up” required. But, of course, I needed to go through all the records to make sure that we had all the data and we did. The training provided by INSZoom was invaluable and easy. We didn’t have to spend hours trying to figure out a new system. INSZoom is very intuitive and you can get quick answers to questions. I wish all the software companies that I use had customer support like INSZoom. It’s the best that I’ve seen in 25 years or more.
How has using INSZoom changed the way your company does business?
Our Immigration Practice Group is a small group in a large firm with offices all over the U.S. and in Beijing. We are able to address client issues much quicker and prepare forms more efficiently. At the moment, I’m doing the work that was done by two to three paralegals by myself. I would have never been able to handle this workload with my previous immigration software. It is keeping us afloat during a very difficult time.
What is your favorite part of INSZoom?
The questionnaire feature and having the forms auto populate is awesome. I also like the daily expiration and process alert emails.
Why would you recommend us to someone else?
Not only is the product awesome, the customer support is the best.
