Meet Xergio Chacin from Catholic Charities of Fort Worth!
1.How long has your organization been using INSZoom?
We migrated all of our old cases on February 18, 2010.
2. What was the reason you chose INSZoom?
When we decided to start working with a full-service immigration services software, we went with a different company. I wasn’t very happy because even though I spent a lot of time with their tech support I couldn’t get the results I wanted, on top of that their price schedule was absurd. A local immigration attorney mentioned that he used INSZoom and let me see it. Immediately I started making the arrangements to change companies. I came to Zoom because it was as powerful, if not more, than what I was using at a very significant lower cost. I stayed with Zoom because I discovered that it was much more user-friendly and what I hadn’t been able to do before with a tremendous amount of tech support I was able to easily do in Zoom. I also stayed because their tech support is quick and responsive. There are few companies or brands that I am as happy as I am with INSZoom.
3. Which INSZoom add-on module/service does your organization use and how has it helped?
The different modules of INSZoom are very helpful. There are some that we use and some we don’t. So, it is great to have that flexibility. There are two modules that we use heavily. First, is the Billing Module.This a powerful module that allows you to create invoices very easily, create payment plans, collect payments, and keep track of all that. It has very useful reporting capabilities and reminders for both the firm and clients. We also use often theAdhoc Reports Module. Zoom comes with a huge number of preset reports that you can run. But we always need a different one, one that only gets certain data. It is very user-friendly; it is a breeze to create reports there and then you can export them to a .cvs file and play with them in Excel.
4. How has using INSZoom changed the way your company does business?
First of all, it saves us a great amount of money every year that we can reinvest in things that we need. But beyond that, it allows keeping a clear record of all our clients and services provided. That way we know exactly where everything is and what step is following. The option to customize all of our processes has allowed us to have a software that works exactly how we want it to.
5. What is your favorite part of INSZoom?
I like it all, but I would say that the knowledge base where I can customize the software to fit the exact needs of my firm.
6. Why would you recommend us to someone else?
Because you need a powerful system to keep track of all your cases and clients. You won’t find an off the shelve product that offers you the level of flexibility and capabilities that Zoom does and much less at that incredible price point.
