Are you providing pro bono immigration legal services?
If not, you should consider it.
Between 2013 and 2014, there was more than a 100 percent increase in the number of children under the age of 12 caught crossing the border. These children are entering the U.S. without any parents or guardians and have poor access to legal advice.
This situation creates a need for experienced immigration attorneys to get involved and help these children better their situations.
The American Bar Association and many local legal organizations encourage attorneys to offer pro bono services throughout their careers, and this is a great way to do so.
