We have moved to a new office!

posted by: Bhumika Shah date: Feb 26, 2018 Announcement, Immigration News, News comments: Comments Off on We have moved to a new office!

We are growing!

We are so excited to announce that our U.S. office has moved to a new location in Pleasanton, CA.  We spent 18 years in the Bishop Ranch business community in San Ramon, CA. That’s right, 18 long years!  Our old office served us with some extraordinary milestones, great memories and product innovations, but we couldn’t be more excited about our new office!

Why are we moving?

Growth. We are growing. The new office offered extra space and more significantly it gave us the opportunity to rebrand our organization with the new logo, launched in September of last year. We wanted a space that not only better aligned with the new brand but also accommodated the strong INSZoom culture. Our new office features far more collaborative space and an overall ‘open’ feel, which we know will strengthen the way our internal teams work together.

Visibility. In our last office, we were one of many companies in a large business park. While we really liked our neighbors, this new office gives us the opportunity to bolster our individual identity in the area.

Location. The new office is steps away from the Stoneridge Shopping Center, which puts us within walking distance of great restaurants, coffeeshops and plenty more. The location lets our team take advantage of all that Pleasanton offers.

Fun. Our new office provides an environment that people enjoy coming to work in. In addition to work, our new Zoom Café, located right in the center of the office, is a great place for our team members to interact over coffee and food. Our office is not only state-of-the-art, with the latest in tech and office design, but it is a great representation of our strong mission and brand.

We are extremely excited and we look at this new location as the beginning of another chapter in our history. The new space – though it’s twice the size of our old office, can barely contain our excitement.

Thanks for everyone’s support through the years and with the move. Our new address is 5912 Stoneridge Mall Rd. Pleasanton, CA 94588.

If you’re in the area, feel free to stop in and say hi!

Foster transparency in the immigration process

posted by: Bhumika Shah date: Dec 13, 2017 Immigration case management, Immigration News comments: Comments Off on Foster transparency in the immigration process

Do you get similar questions from your clients?

“What’s the status of my case?”

“What’s the deadline of submitting my documents?”

“What documents should we request from our foreign nationals?”

Phew. The United States has a long and proud history as an immigrant nation. It’s no secret that immigration case management processes are complex, consists of multiple steps, stakeholders operating from various locations and these processes take a whole lot of time. Completing cases for a favorable decision and meeting case deadlines are the primary goals for attorneys and case managers. While doing so, attorneys and case managers get busy and communicate with clients with only brief correspondence when necessary.

This leads to lack of transparency where foreign nationals and their families are worried about various stages of cases and receiving a favorable outcome.

This process doesn’t need to be this way. This process can be transformed to become transparent, open, clear and immediate. While distance may feel like a barrier to communication, an immigration case management software like INSZoom provides attorneys, case managers, HR officials and foreign nationals with portals to ensure that foreign nationals and clients are 100 percent in the loop and never unsure of what’s going on with their case.

Private, secure and collaborative

The primary benefit of INSZoom as your immigration case management system is that it creates an environment among all case-stakeholders, that is private, secure and collaborative. One platform that makes communications open, transparent, clear and immediate. With INSZoom personal logins, clients can access information on their cases, learn about an estimated timeline of events and know exactly where they are in the multi-step process.

A two-pronged approach

INSZoom stakeholder portals have a two-pronged approach giving more power to your clients’ HR officials as well as their employees. If clients are worried, anxious or simply have a question, the secure stakeholder portals like Human Resources Portal (HRP) and Foreign National Portal (FNP) allow them to reach out to their attorney or case manager. This eliminates the need for email communications and innumerous phone calls. HR officials and case managers can also make notes regarding the case to share with clients, or other staff members if necessary.

Isn’t this a relief? With INSZoom, there are no more barriers to consistent communications. It doesn’t matter where the immigration professionals and foreign nationals are located – they can talk and work together at any time of day through the immigration case management software.

Efficient and automated communications

For immigration professionals and attorneys, INSZoom offers tools that keep clients up to date, without time-consuming activities. Automatic notifications and emails regarding specific dates, appointments and deadlines can be set up, and professionals are able to broadcast messages to all stakeholders ensuring important news reaches everyone.

Transparency in immigration billing

What about transparency in fees? You put in a lot of hardwork to get a favorable decision for your clients’ cases, do you get paid on time for all your efforts? INSZoom Billing makes sure you do and no case goes unbilled.  With INSZoom Billing you elevate transparency with your clients in the financial aspect of immigration processes as the billing tool allows you to send invoices and reminders directly from the application.

Days get extremely busy and immigration attorneys and case managers are responsible for complicated tasks for many clients at once. This may lead to a lapse in communications. The INSZoom Stakeholder Portals give visibility to foreign nationals for their cases, conform to internal processes of an organization, empower responsiveness and transparency and is a path to open and organized communications. Need to learn more? Just hit us up here: INSZoom Stakeholder Portals.

The top highlights of INSZoom Immigration Conference (IIC) 2017

posted by: Bhumika Shah date: Oct 25, 2017 Blog, Events, Immigration News comments: Comments Off on The top highlights of INSZoom Immigration Conference (IIC) 2017

After all the months of anxious anticipation, preparation and growing excitement, it’s hard to believe that the biggest immigration conference – INSZoom Immigration Conference (IIC) 2017 is over! Two days packed with informative sessions, targeted domain-training, breakout sessions, speakers, networking and fun, went by so fast. So, in case there’s anything you missed, here’s a rundown of the top highlights from IIC ’17.

1. Content for every stage of immigration and beyond.

No matter what immigration or global mobility role of a company the attendees belonged to, IIC 2017 accommodated content from every stage of immigration and beyond with topics like global taxes, compensation and compliance. We took meticulous care to craft an agenda that expounded upon previous IIC conferences to add exponential value for repeat and new attendees.

2. The not-so-common conference.

IIC is not like any other regular conference. It’s an experience that binds the members of the immigration and global mobility together. This year was no different and the immigration conference was the experience where all members of the industry, regardless of maturity or company size, came together to invest in the professional development of themselves and their teammates in immigration and global mobility to collectively move the category forward. It was the perfect mix of fun, information exchange and training.

3. “The business of immigration and global mobility has the power to transform people’s lives!”

Umesh Vaidyamath, Founder & CEO of, Inc. opened the conference with a powerful welcome address. He rightly said, “The business of immigration and global mobility has the power to transform people’s lives! This is the opportunity that drives and will continue to drive each one of us in this room.” The welcome address set the stage for the entire conference and kickstarted it on a very positive note.

4. The immigration minds won over the Bengaluru traffic.

We’ve all heard that Bengaluru traffic can be bad. This was the highlight (a fun one). All the attendees reached the venue on time and were registered before the welcome address of the conference. Bengaluru traffic- as bad as it sounds, couldn’t delay the attendees of IIC 2017.

5. Immigration is fun!

There is a common misconception that the subject of immigration and global mobility is boring! IIC 2017 debunked this myth by carefully navigating through various topics of global immigration and mobility with a structured dose of fun sessions, games and quizzes.

6. The conference attendees did not want to leave!

It’s a sign of success when conference attendees do not want to leave the venue. That’s exactly what happened at IIC 2017. After the vote of thanks address, the attendees were still glued to their seats and did not want to leave.

And that’s a wrap for IIC 2017 – check out photo memories of the conference here. See you next year!
