As a sales representative at INSZoom, I meet hundreds of lawyers at every national AILA conference. This year in Nashville was no different. But one person, her questions and her needs stood out.
Her name was Sharon Cole and she was starting a new immigration practice. There were a lot of decisions to be made. She didn’t know where to begin and how to best use her financial muscle to get her practice off the ground. Sharon wanted to know how INSZoom could help her.
Sharon cared about her business, she wanted to make good choices with her money, and she wanted to make sure she got a system that would work for her without breaking the bank.
We talked about business, about immigration and about life. I described our services to her. She came back before the conference was over and signed up with INSZoom.
A few months later, Sharon sent me an email. Here’s some of what she wrote:
I am extremely pleased to have INSZoom as a part of my immigration practice. In addition to it being my resource for immigration document production and website design and hosting, I feel like the staff is a part of my practice. They are highly knowledgeable, accessible and helpful. And they care.
My salesman, Brian McNair, went above the call of duty and helped me with technical issues involving my website, email integration and general matters in starting my immigration practice. He was friendly, accessible, answered all my questions, and made relevant and practical suggestions. I feel that Brian is truly interested in helping my immigration practice succeed. He listened to my needs and never pressured me to purchase the software or webhosting service.
I believe INSZoom is a great company because all the staff seems very happy with their jobs and helping their clients. That makes a difference in the way they provide service to me and their other clients. I intend to keep INSZoom as an integral part of my immigration practice.
Sharon, I’m so glad you are part of our family here at INSZoom. We are all happy to hear from you and we can’t wait to see you at the next conference.
