Umesh Vaidyamath has more than 22 years of proven senior technology and management experience in the software industry. As Chief Executive Officer of INSZoom, Umesh drives the overall direction of the company and oversees the company’s engineering, marketing and sales divisions.
Umesh founded INSZoom in 1999. As CEO of INSZoom, Umesh managed the company’s dramatic growth from a software start-up to the premier immigration case management software vendor and the largest independent software company in the immigration software industry, with a team of 125+ employees worldwide. Umesh turned INSZoom into a profitable and financially sound company in less than three years.
Umesh earned a B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from B.V.B. College of Engineering and Technology, Karnataka University, India, in 1989. Soon after graduating, he worked for a leading software technology company in Mumbai, India. He emigrated to the U.S., fittingly, on July 4th, 1990, as a member of a team working at U.S. Sprint in Kansas City, Kansas and has, since that day, worked diligently in various aspects of the technology industry.
Prior to INSZoom, Umesh’s experience included leading a team of software engineers and architecting state-of-the-art large scale e-commerce and client server applications at Hewlett Packard, Intel Corporation, Mervyn’s California, JB Hunt, Vodafone and AT & T.
Umesh is a frequent speaker on information technology issues at the Karnataka Chamber of Commerce in Hubli-Karnataka, India and regularly contributes his immigration expertise to leading Indian business magazines and newspapers. In addition, he is the recipient of the 2007 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award and a 2007 achievement award from Veerashaiva Samaja of North America.
Raj Vaidyamath has more than 20 years of management experience in enterprise software applications, technical services and business operations. As Vice-President of INSZoom, with a core focus on Customer Service and Information Technology, Raj ensures that INSZoom clients can successfully implement and maintain INSZoom products and solutions to meet their evolving business demands.
Prior to joining INSZoom, Raj held numerous senior software development and management positions at Mercedes Benz, AIG Insurance, UPS, Prudential, Eli Lilly and Sears Roebuck and Company.
Since 2000 at INSZoom, Raj held a variety of technical support management positions and facilitated the company’s organizational growth from a start-up team of just 4 members into a worldwide organization with nearly 80 professionals, expatriate assignments in India.
Raj earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from B.V.B. College of Engineering and Technology, Karnataka University, India, in 1988. Soon after graduating from B.V.B., he worked for a leading software technology company in Mumbai, India. Raj first arrived in the United States in May, 1991 on a project for Arthur Anderson Consulting at Sears Roebuck and Company in Chicago, IL.
Vice President – Engineering & Operations
With 16 years of experience, Niranjan joins INSZoom bringing with him expertise in managing delivery of software services, product development and operations. He has played many a role in his career from being a software engineer, business leader and a HR Head.
Niranjan started his career at NIIT as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and then joined Aditi Technologies as a software engineer, moving on to becoming a Tech Architect in Talisma. As Development Manager, he was instrumental not only in setting up a team for WDS Global at Kirkland, WA during their initial start up but worked to create a 24/7 development team across UK, US and Singapore. Niranjan rejoined Aditi Technologies in 2005. With various accolades to his credit, he went on to becoming VP – Engineering in 2007. After various stints in software services and product development he took over as Head HR, building a team which went on to win awards from The Great Place to Work Institute. Aditi Technologies stood Top 10 in Rewards and Recognition as well as the Top 50 Great Places to Work.
Niranjan is now a ZOOMer attracted by the opportunity that the product has and the ability to make a mark in the space the company is in – both for customers and employees.

Vice President – Products & Marketing
Vishwas Mudagal is an established entrepreneur with hands-on technology and management experience and a proven record of building brands and products. He comes with over a decade of diverse experience across entrepreneurial & corporate spheres – in Internet, Mobile, Telecom, Software and Education domains. He helps global companies (MNCs, SMEs & Startups alike) to set up and scale software development centers, products, sales, operations and strategy in global markets. He brings expertise in cloud based SaaS products, e-learning and m-learning products and social media products.
He was previously the CEO – India of Castle Rock Research Corp, a Canadian education tech major. He set up the India software centers in Bangalore and Kolkata in 2009 and went on to establish their business in emerging countries. He led the company to be a pioneer in m-learning and cloud based learning solutions in India.
In 2007, as the CEO and co-founder of JobeeHive.com, he grew the startup from scratch to make it the biggest employer-research focused internet platform in India, which amassed close to 1,00,000 registered users.
Vishwas received the ‘Star Entrepreneur Award’ from Indira India Innovation Summit 2011 in recognition of his contribution to entrepreneurship and innovation in India. He has been widely recognized and quoted in well known newspapers that include The Times of India, Economic Times, DNA & Deccan Herald among others.

Vice President – Client Solutions
With nearly twenty years of experience in strategic management roles with global organizations in information technology, banking, manufacturing and telecommunications, Sudipta Ganguly brings a strong core set of experience and skills to his role as lead executive in charge of client services and corporate product delivery. Sudipta has held senior and VP-level roles with companies including JP Morgan Chase, Mahindra Satyam, Bank of America and ITC Infotech.
Sudipta specializes in large-scale global IT product development and implementation and strategic workforce planning, and has worked closely with companies across Asia, Europe and the Americas. In his most recent role as Service Delivery Head at Mahindra Satyam, Sudipta lead the IT service delivery process for the company’s global clients. As vice president at Bank of America, he played a lead role in the development of service management competencies in India, the Philippines and Cost Rica.
Sudipta holds an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune. He is Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL, CCNP and MCSE certified.
Director – Product Management
With nearly fifteen years of experience in immigration, operations and human resources management, Anuj Sarin directs INSZoom’s Best Practices division. As the Director of this new division, he ensures that the company increases its revenue and market share and maintains its focus on delivering exceptional services and products that increase clients’ efficiency, effectiveness and compliance.
Prior to INSZoom, Anuj was a key member of the Human Resources team at Infosys, where he managed worldwide immigration operations. And also was a core member of Wipro’s immigration management team, where he managed immigration processes and operations for the American continents. Along with this, Anuj was instrumental in developing, implementing and managing automated immigration management systems.
Anuj has received a Bachelor’s of Engineering from Bangalore University and MBA from Lucknow University.
